纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.被评为“功能健全”的人（临床诊断不需要服用或坚持服用药物来维持正常的功能）；
2.未来两年计划搬迁的人（如果搬迁，随访将很难进行）

Exclusion criteria：

1. People currently rated as “fully functioning” (due to no clinical justification to force high-functioning people to take or remain adherent to their medications);
2. People planning to relocate in the coming two years (difficult to follow them up if they relocate).
