研究目的：

比较氨甲环酸静脉与局部使用对经后路胸腰段脊柱开放手术止血效果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the hemostatic effects of intravenous and topical use of tranexamic acid in the posterior thoracolumbar spine operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对TXA过敏；女性血红蛋白＜110g/L，男性＜120g/L；血小板计数<150,000 mm3；术前凝血功能障碍；正在接受抗血小板或抗凝治疗；血栓栓塞病史；血液高凝状态；肾脏功能不全；肝功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

allergy to TXA; hemoglobin <110g/L（female）or <120g/L (male); platelets<150000 mm3; coagulation dysfunction; receiving antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy; thrombosis embolism history; hypercoagulable state; renal dysfunction; hepatic insufficiency.
